Northrop Grumman Corporation is a global defense and technology company whose 120,000 employees provide innovative systems, products, and solutions in information and services, electronics, aerospace and shipbuilding to government and commercial customers worldwide. The U.S. Air Force recently selected the company to provide 179 KC-45 air refueling aircraft under a $35 billion program. The aircraft will be built at a Northrop Grumman facility in Mobile, Alabama. Additionally, the U.S. Navy selected the company to provide a fleet of 68 RQ-4N Global Hawk aircraft for the Broad Area Maritime Surveillance Unmanned Aerial System (BAMS UAS) under a $3.5 billion contract.
